About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team as a Junior Accountant (Associate). In this role, you will play a vital part in our financial operations, supporting our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Team Lead, you will be responsible for tasks such as invoice preparation, scanning, registration, and error handling. Your problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities will be essential in ensuring smooth processes and accurate financial data.
key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular invoice preparation, scanning, and registration activities
- Handle invoice registration and error matching
- Utilize working knowledge of MS Office to facilitate tasks
- Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills to address challenges
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both in written and verbal forms
Qualifications:
- Graduation in Commerce or business degree (e.g., B.COM, BBA)
- 0 to 4 years of relevant experience
- Working knowledge of MS Office tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills, written and verbal
Preferred Skills:
- SAP knowledge, with prior transition experience (added advantage)
