About Job Profile at Byjus

Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct online classes for students in grades 4 to 10, focusing on Maths and Science subjects.
- Provide clear explanations and step-by-step solutions to students’ questions, ensuring error-free responses.
- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment on our platform.
- Address students’ doubts and queries during online sessions.
- Evaluate student performance and offer constructive feedback to target areas needing improvement.
- Fulfill a commitment of 24 sessions per week, including additional responsibilities.
- Manage sessions from 4:30 PM to 9:00 PM, enhancing flexibility for student availability.
- Undertake mandatory tasks such as parent-teacher meetings, homework assessments, and peer reviews.
- Participate in training sessions and contribute to monthly assessments.
- Explore opportunities to further enhance student learning and performance between 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Embrace additional duties to support academic growth and achievement, as required.
Requirements For this Job Role
- Enthusiasm for teaching and making a meaningful contribution to education
- Profound expertise in Math/Science for grades 4 to 10
- Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written, including on-camera proficiency
- Skill in translating theory into practical real-world scenarios
