We’re Looking for a Motion Designer who can:
Visual Communication:
- Collaborate with product and content teams to translate complex ideas into engaging animations.
- Create visual narratives that effectively convey brand messages, product features, and user benefits.
Motion Graphics:
- Design captivating motion graphics for our website, mobile apps, and other digital platforms.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines in all motion design elements.
Animation and Storytelling:
- Develop imaginative storytelling through emotionally resonant animations.
- Infuse life into static designs by animating characters, illustrations, and UI elements.
User Experience Enhancement:
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to improve the user experience through thoughtful motion design.
- Implement best practices and innovative techniques to boost user engagement.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product designers, UI/UX designers, developers, and content creators.
- Seamlessly integrate motion design elements into the overall product experience.

Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 4 years as a Motion Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing visual communication and animation skills.
- Tools: Proficient in industry-standard motion design and animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, etc.).
- Creativity: Demonstrated ability to think creatively and innovatively, with a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Communication: Strong communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration and clear presentation of ideas.
- Time Management: Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Passion for Audio Content: Interest in and passion for audio content, including podcasts and audiobooks, is a plus.
