 solutions, covering compliance, advanced pricing agreements, as well as defense

 and dispute resolution. You will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through

 business transformations that drive their objectives forward.

As an Article in the Transfer Pricing team, your responsibilities will include a range

 of essential tasks, roles, and responsibilities:Analyzing financial statements,

 including segmental profit and loss accounts.

Conducting qualitative analysis of companies using websites, Annual Reports, and publicly available information.

Performing various Excel computations and data analysis.
Understanding and participating in benchmarking analysis using public databases like Prowess, Capitaline, etc.

Maintaining a repository of case laws, alerts, and summaries on a common server, and staying updated with the latest case laws and their implications for clients.

Collaborating on "News Alerts" for the designated period, staying updated on client industries, and sharing critical alerts/news with seniors.

Conducting research on technical topics and clients.
Ensuring compliance with risk and quality management standards of PwC.

Assisting senior team members in conducting background research for technical training, target clients, and pursuits.

Coordinating with colleagues across service lines and PwC locations as needed.
Providing assistance in in-house risk management and other compliances.
