About the Profile: Area Sales Manager
Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd is seeking dynamic individuals to join their team as Area Sales Managers.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive retail sales by managing the E-T-B-R process (Enquiry, Test Drives, Booking, and retail).
- Plan and execute activations to generate customer inquiries.
- Ensure high quality and quantity of test drives from all inquiry sources.
- Maintain the accuracy and authenticity of booking data.
- Achieve retail targets and focus on the Vehicle Delivery Note (VDN) vs Retail ratio.
- Implement processes to improve the conversion ratio (CVR).
- Ensure accuracy and authenticity of Dealer Management System (DMS) data.
- Plan sales strategies for the coming months.
- Identify training needs and enhance manpower productivity.
- Motivate and retain the sales team through rewards and incentives.
- Ensure adherence to the Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd sales story.
- Promote digital tools adoption for increased conversion rates.
- Manage dealer working capital rotation and stock aging.
Qualifications Required
- MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Management.
- Experience in core automotive sales or FMCG sales, ranging from 3 to 8 years
