Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated SAP Testing Staff to join our dynamic team at EY GDS in Bengaluru. As a member of our Testing Services team, you will be a crucial part of our quality assurance process, ensuring that our software products are of the highest quality. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of testing activities, including functional and user acceptance testing, to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to understand project requirements and design effective testing strategies.
- Identify, document, and report defects and issues, and work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in test planning, test case design, and test execution to ensure comprehensive coverage of software functionality.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and tools within the organization.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields (BE/B. Tech).
- Strong understanding of software development best practices and software development life cycle.
- Familiarity with one or more programming languages such as Java, .Net, Python.
- Experience with data analytics or databases such as SQL, Oracle, Teradata is a plus.
- Previous internship or experience in a relevant technology domain is an added advantage.
- Detail-oriented with an eye for identifying issues and improving quality.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
- Agile mindset and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Effective communication skills in both verbal and written English.
