Concentrix, a global leader in technology-enabled business services, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the position of Manager I, Quality. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving continuous improvement in transaction quality and delivery, ensuring exceptional customer engagement, and maintaining our commitment to excellence.
Role and Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the charge in continuous improvement efforts for Transaction Quality and Delivery.
- Possess Green Belt certification and utilize Six Sigma methodologies to enhance processes.
- Manage Call Quality and Client-related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Evaluate the effectiveness of Transaction Quality interventions.
- Strengthen the Quality management processes and framework to elevate quality delivery.
- Skillfully capture SLA/SLO metrics, align reporting with client expectations, and establish/customize processes to ensure seamless delivery.
- Innovate and implement creative ideas and process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain rigorous process control and compliance, overseeing audit requirements.
- Provide targeted and constructive feedback to Front Line Recruitment Teams regarding the quality of new hires.
- Offer quality floor support, feedback, and refresher training.
- Collaborate with Quality and Compliance teams, conducting audits and follow-ups based on observations.
- Conduct FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) and compliance audits, and perform health checks on accounts.

- Adept at working with employees at all levels within the organization.

- Understanding of the Transition process (Handover, Startup, Manage, Exit) to effectively manage Transaction Quality functions.
- Exceptional maturity and interpersonal skills for effective client and stakeholder interactions.
- Process-oriented mindset with strengths in planning, decision-making, and handling data.
- Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and excel under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and presentation skills.
Education:
- Graduation degree required.
